Wouldn't you know it, someone has gone and designed a tool to help those of us without frames that have horizontal dropouts.

The tool is a program called FixMeUp! and it's quite incredible. In a nutshell, it takes a couple of numbers (which you have to provide) and spits out gobs of chainring/cog combos that will work with your bike should you choose to set it up as a single-speed or fixed gear.

You can either download FixMeUp!, read the text file and launch the program or you can use the on-line form on their web site. Be prepared to fully geek out.
