Distance Ridden: 15 miles?
Total Time:
Time of Day: 4 pm
Weather: 42-ish degrees and dry
Workout Type: easy

Breakfast:
Lunch: too much Christmas crap...
Dinner: bread, olive oil, salad, pizza and about three glasses of wine.
Ride Food: nothing

Course: Seward Park! Man, how many times have I ridden this route in my life...?
Comments: Woah, a bike does not feel as familiar as I remember... My ass is tender, I'm too stretched out, yikes. I guess the season starts today.
Equipment: The shakedown ride for the Bianchi; it got assembled today. [okay, it got converted from cross to road today] I can't believe I put up with that front derailleur from hell for so long! All it took was a little judicious application of the pliers and bingo, top drawer. About f'n time too. And I put a threadless converter and control Tech stem on. Feels a bit better and I'll be able to raise the bars more if I need to. Plus it's white. Word.
