Hrs. Sleeping: 7
Weight: maybe I should get a scale...
Pulse/Waking: maybe I should get batteries for my heart rate monitor...

Difference:
Distance Ridden: 35 miles?
Total Time:
Time of Day: 9 am
Weather: 42-ish degrees and dry
Workout Type: mostly mellow with a couple of harder hills

Breakfast: big bowl of cereal at 7
Lunch: pasta, broccoli, cookies, gingerbread
Dinner: more gingerbread {the holidays just KILL me...], three beers
Ride Food: two Clif bars, water

Course: Edmonds. Met Alan and Vince in Freemont and we headed up to Edmonds, beyond and back via the same route.
Comments: Ah, Innis Arden, how I love thee. It's so steep, you pretty much can't take it easy. And on my Bianchi, I could not quite keep up with Alan. [that's going to be my standing excuse until I get fitter - it's the Bianchi] Ouch; say hello to the first hard effort.
Equipment: last night I swapped the last bit of rear derailleur housing. It was brake, now it's SIS. This was a mistake. The 9-speed shifter and 8-speed derailleur require more slop. Gotta remember to swap it back.
