Comments: It was 4-man teams going off at 3 minute intervals. Ours was Mike, Clint, Alan and I. 40 min warmup on trainer.

The first lap was FAST (26 min), too fast to maintain actually but I got in some good pulls. Mike was riding really well and we had to tell him to slow down a couple of times. Like on the first hill where I was last to the top! Lap 2 was slower and by then I was feeling like I was going to blow and get shelled... Alan came on during the second lap and did much better and somewhere in here Clint died and got gapped off a couple of times just a little. Lap 3 was starting out looking kinda bleak but then we saw one rider from our opposition going backwards. Not long after that, we saw the other three and that was a HUGE moral booster. We caught them 1/3 of the way through the 3rd lap and that helped everyone a little bit.

Mike KILLED us today... But it was great to finish with all 4 as this seemed like the exception rather than the norm.

10 mile cool down on the road which felt great.
