Course: steadily increasing resistance with constant cadence, one big hill, 8 x 15 sec sprints w/medium resistance and 5-10 sec rest in between

Comments: Man, I forgot how much you sweat during these classes, and how hard they are... It will take me a bit to adjust again. But it felt good.
