Course: warm up at constant cadence with increasing resistance, 8 min climb, 8 sec on - 8 sec off with the same resistance as on the climb, 3 x 30 sec sprints with the same resistance, one legged drills, cool down, stretching
Results:
Comments: Holy crap, today was hard! I could not believe all the sprints and accelerations that we did with all that resistance! I'm friggin weak. Sad and weak. I came so close to just dialing down the resistance...
