Course: light calisthenics, easy jog, more calisthenics, abs, 2 different circuits, running lines, stretching
Results:
Comments: SORE, I am so sore from Wednesday... It was really easy until the 2 circuits at the end. The first was (10 mountain climbers, sprint, 10 pushups, 10 dips) x 5. The second was an exercise followed by a run around the pool x 4. And THEN we did the lines from hell by sprinting from tree to tree down the path.
