Boy, I was VERY light headed today for most of the first part of the workout. I realized I had not eaten last night after the race and so my blood sugar was pretty low. I felt sort of dizzy. Not good. But it was not too hard today and I came on later.
The run was very fun - a totally social event. Mellow pace and people watching. I felt pretty tight and then forgot to stretch after. Doh... |
