Circuits baby, lots of circuits... After a warm up, we did two circuits out at the concrete bleachers: sprint, 20 leg lifts, sprint, 20 mountain climbers, sprint, 20 pushups, sprint up the stairs, 20 log choppers, sprint, 20 jumps, sprint. Repeat after 2 min rest. Then we jogged back and did one more, slightly easier circuit at the finish. Nice... |
