Course: spinning - warm up, 5 minutes of 15 second sprints w/45 sec rest, 5 min seated climb, 5 min standing climb with accelerations

ab lab - 30 minutes of abs! Upper, lower, oblique, you name it.

indoor conditioning - loads of lunges, pushups and upper body with light weights and elastic bands, lots of leg stuff with the same elastic band
