I almost got a side ache from the gel, better not gulp so much next time... But my legs felt okay even after the class I took last night; super! My first fast 1/2 mile was about 2:48 and the second was about 2:38. The second one hurt; stairs really take it out of you. John had us do a staggered start so I was last chasing everyone else. I was about 10' from catching the first person. Whew... |
