Breakfast: cereal, pesto pasta, 1 piece cheese toast

Lunch: wild rice, veggies, banana, apple, 3 pieces Pilot Bread
Dinner: nachos (chips, beans, cheese, jalapenos) 2 beers, malted milk balls
Ride Food: gel 10 min before workout

Course: 'daily dozen' with laps of the basketball court in between each exercise to warm up, pushups, dips, log choppers, 1/2 mile jog, 1/2 mile fast run, lots of stairs, pushups, abs, 1/2 mile jog, 1/2 mile fast run
Results:
Comments: I almost got a side ache from the gel, better not gulp so much next time... But my legs felt okay even after the class I took last night; super! My first fast 1/2 mile was about 2:48 and the second was about 2:38. The second one hurt; stairs really take it out of you. John had us do a staggered start so I was last chasing everyone else. I was about 10' from catching the first person. Whew...
