Dinner: 2 pieces pizza, beer, the last 4 malted milk balls

Course: I forgot... But I didn't forget the 'breakaway' drill that we did. This consists of everyone trying to break away from the 'pack' by yelling 'sprint' whenever they want. Once one person is finished with their effort, anybody else can yell sprint. We had NO rest, it was sprint after sprint after sprint... Ouch.

My butt is sore from Tuesday. We did tons of these mule kicks and stuff. Ow.
