Course: warm up (daily dozen), 3/4 mile jog, calisthenics, 1 mile indian sprints, pushups and abs, 1 mile timed run [5:58]
Results:
Comments: Man, at the start my legs felt pretty empty but my run time was okay. I didn't have any zip and if we had done sprints I wold have been slow but the class was good with very little rest. I felt better at the finish than at the start.
