Course: Gold's Gym
Union, Madrona, Lake WA Blvd., Seward, back home up Yesler
Results:
Comments: The gym felt pretty good! For some damn reason the plank is STILL hard to hold for that last 2 min set... I don't get it. I _was_ getting stronger and now this one exercise is getting harder all the time.

After work Shelley and I went for a quickie tandem ride to Seward. We rolled down Union and then as we went back up the other side of Union it felt like my legs would fall OFF. They did not warm up until we were half way to Seward... But then on the way back, even though we went up Yesler (because we had never gone that way) they felt much better.
Equipment: Ti Cycles Hyak, 38/50, 12-23, Neuvation wheels
