Comments: Okay, I'm still good for that last set on the plank... I hope this lasts. Spinning was hard today and I was not full-on. I'm realizing after reading some of my past entries that I am rarely going 100 percent during spin class but it must help so I'll not complain.

After work Shelley and I ran the loop trail at Discovery Park, that was great! It was warm enough and sky was totally clear so the views from the bluff were spectacular.
