Comments: Last week Jim K said he would not be here (but I forgot that) and this AM I got a note from RC R who also could not show. So thinking Jim was still going to arrive 'any second' I sat in my car…

At 6:05 I said screw it, if I don't get cracking I'll just head home and so got busy.

Boy, with no one else around I had LOW motivation… After my first walker I just kept right on walking. :) No runners for me today.

On the up side the flights kept getting easier and easier and I hardly paused at all at the top or the bottom.
