Comments: Boy was I worried about today... I Had missed the last two weeks of stairs and by now Jim was up to 12 flights! For a change RC did not show and instead Greg K dropped by; that was really nice. That Greg was there that is, not that RC was gone. :)

Anyway, I made it, all the way to the end of the work out. And I'm not sore. But I was sure sucking wind after those last few runners - sheesh! I hate that feeling.
